Nigerian actress, singer, and video vixen, Cossy Orjiakor who is popularly known because of her large breasts rose to fame propelled by the significantly large breasts she frequently flaunts.
She describes them as “a great gift from God”, and stated she wouldn’t breastfeed her kids directly to keep them firm, as she makes that her selling point.
The actress opted for breast reduction when Greenvillemedlaser Hospital, a laser clinic in Lekki, Lagos, which specializes in body modifications posted the picture of a successful surgery they’d done with the caption: “One of the breast reduction we are happy to share with you because this is a lovely result.
“We removed 2.2kg from her left breast, 1.7kg from her right breast, and 500mls of fat from breasts”, and Cossy commented saying, “Am coming over for a consultation oo.
Her comment, however, threw fans into excitement but up until today, Cossy is still happily dangling and bouncing her breast.

Yvonne Jegede.
Yvonne Jegede, a Nollywood actress, and film producer who rose to fame after she made a cameo appearance in the music video African Queen by 2Face Idibia alongside Annie Macaulay, has also revealed that she went under the knife.
The actress has confidently confirmed she underwent surgery and she is not ashamed to say it anywhere.
The single mother of one, during a kitchen show, ‘Mercy Menu’ with her colleague, Mercy Johnson said she is always amazed whenever people speculated that she did plastic surgery.
According to her, she underwent two breast reductions and two liposuctions after the birth of her baby due to her protruding stomach.
The ‘African Queen’ video vixen said she is willing to undergo another liposuction if her tummy gets big again.
She further questioned why people would assume she had worked on her buttock because it has become a trend among many female celebrities.
Yvonne Jegede added that she spent almost 10 million Naira on her body and didn’t borrow money from anyone.

Judith Chichi Okpara, better known as Afro Candy is a Nollywood actress, Director, Producer, Model, and Pornographic actress.
She was well noted for her gigantic breasts which she enjoyed showing off a lot in the media space.
The actress who spoke recently while speaking in an interview with Tribune explained that her doctor advised her to reduce her breast size because of its complication to her health, as she’s having back pain.
She said, “I have been having back pain lately, and when I went to my doctor for that, he said I was carrying a load on my chest; that’s what’s causing it.
“Also, I can’t jog, run, jump rope, or dance as I would like to without being conscious of the bouncing boobies. So, I wanna be able to do all that and be pain-free”, that is why I need this surgery.

Oluwatosin Abiola also referred to as Omo Brish is a renowned Nigerian actress, model, and social media influencer.
The Yoruba-born actress who has been in the Nollywood industry for more than two decades has also gone under the knife for breast reduction surgery.
She made this known during an interview when she was asked what her beauty secret is.
Responding to the question, she said: “I don’t have any secret, I mind what I eat. Honestly, the best secret is about me going for breast reduction, the boobs were huge, it was huge to the extent that I started having a backache, and I stopped getting my sizes.
“I will go to the shops, and they will do measurements and still not get my size, and when I had my second child I just thought to myself I need to do something about the boobs, after my second child, the boobs became so big, I spend so much on a massage every day just because of my back.
“I started so much on medications, and it was really affecting me, before I had it reduced, doctors advised me I was overweight and needed to lose weight and my mind was made up.
” Initially, I started trying to lose weight, I started trying to lose weight in 2016 but I couldn’t get to do it properly, then in 2017, I lost about 5kg, then in early 2018.
“I dropped to about 90 kilos, then the doctors said I need to drop to 88kg or else they won’t do it so, I dropped to like 88 kilos, so I tried to achieve that, then I went for the breast reduction”.

Eriata Ese is a famous Instagram star who has amassed more than 550,000 followers to her IG account. She appeared on the 2017 season of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija).
The Instagram influencer also revealed via her Snapchat story that she would be having breast reduction surgery ahead of her 30th birthday.
According to her, she would be going through a breast reduction procedure to relieve her back and shoulders.
The busty ex-BBNaija star wrote: “My 30th birthday gift is a breast reduction. My back and shoulder will finally be at peace.”
While a die-hard fan pleaded against the breast reduction surgery, Eriata Ese stood firm on her decision, claiming there was nobody who could help when she is dealing with the back pains.
She added: “Y’all not there when I’m dealing with back pain and reddish bra line on my shoulder.” You’ll all be fine.

Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer, Aituaje Iruobe, known professionally as Waje has also revealed plans to also go under the knife to reduce her heavy boobs.
She disclosed this while speaking on this week’s episode of MTV Base Word On The Street with VJ Stephanie while responding to a question from Twitter user @kazzang, “Would you ever consider plastic surgery?”
She said, Waje is open to the idea of having plastic surgery on her breasts, but not the one you have in mind.
The singer recently revealed that rather than breast enhancement surgery, she would like to have breast reduction surgery.
Clarifying why she would like to have breast reduction as against enlargement, she jokingly remarked to an amused Stephanie.

Nollywood actress, model, and video vixen, Mimi Ubini took to her Instagram page to reveal that her breasts started growing when she was just 9 years old and they were unusually bigger than those of her peers.
