The bus was conveying passengers from Abeokuta, Ogun State, to Lagos when it crashed in Abule Egba, Lagos.

A video from the scene shows many injured passengers sitting or lying on the road. People are heard screaming as onlookers gather around the bus to help those inside.

It was alleged that the bus driver and a passenger were having an argument and this caused the driver to lose concentration, thereby losing control of the vehicle.
