Nigerian Chef known as Hilda Baci has finally broken the Guinness World Record for the Longest Cooking Marathon by an Individual.
Back is 88 hours in and going strong . Hilda passed the world record of 87 hours, 45 minutes.
Hilda Bassey Effiong is a young Nigerian chef who hails Akwa Ibom State. Hilda owns a food brand in Lagos branded ‘My Food by Hilda.
The Nigerian Chef cooked for 4 days non-stop as she stood to cook and was not permitted to sit while cooking.
Hilda was not allowed to take coffee, stimulants, or any energy drink to boost her energy and bodily strength while cooking. She cooks round the clock, no sleep for 24 hours.
The broken record was 87 hr 45 min 00 sec and was held by Lata Tondon (India) in Rewa, India, on the 7th of September 2019.
